First of all I have to do a big shout out to my friend and VA (virtual assistant) Allison Mitchell.

Her first mission was to start creating some instagram posts of the many coaches that are members of onlinecoachsupport.com.

Already she has created dozens of graphics using Canva.com ready to then create the Instagram posts. Then she has checked out the coaches websites and put together these fantastic posts - these are the ones that have been posted out over the last week.
