January is already speeding past and I have been busy planning workshops, talks, interviews and magazine articles so far this year and I love it. This month’s newsletter is to help you learn what your body is telling you with regard to Headaches.

Headaches are caused if you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed or tired. Maybe you’re thinking too much, being judgmental of yourself and others and not trusting what is happening around you.

You may feel limited or restricted in what you want to do or maybe you are looking after others so you don’t have to look after yourself and what you really want. You may doubt what your capable of and have a fear of failing. You may want to appear that you are successful but things that happened in the past where you didn't achieve exactly what you wanted have left you feeling powerless. Maybe you are always trying to push hard to achieve many things and you feel like you are not good enough. When you get a headache it's time to take some time for yourself and allow other people to look after themselves for a while.

Make sure you get enough sleep (check out free webinar here I did to help people sleep better).

Also have a think about what could have caused the headache from information above and what can you change that has happened recently to improve your situation. Your body is always talking to you so listen to what it is saying. Keep your energy balanced and when you make the changes and self realise what is happening that is when the pain will stop.
