As I am putting together the 12 Weeks 12 Posts workshop, it is really helping me to map out my relevant content to help small businesses get more visible also. The great thing is that this process chunks down the different aspects required into small steps which can reduce the overwhelm you may be feeling when creating a new product, course, service or to showcase your business. Below are some steps n regards to mapping out content required - creating a sales funnel or journey your prospective clients could take, creating a landing page, creating a link to payment, creating a thank you page, creating content for your event, repurposing your content and so on.
Remember: your prospects may not be ready right now to buy from you as it can now take up to 20 touch points for them to feel comfortable before they make a purchase. It doesn't mean that they won't buy from you at a later stage. These are the steps that I have done so far:
I will also look at doing the following:

As part of my upcoming workshop 12 Weeks 12 Posts I thought a great place to start was to map out your blog posts over the next 12 weeks. You can then either create a blog each week or do them in batches. A great way to start is to use the inbound methodology. The inbound methodology is the method of growing your organisation by building meaningful, lasting relationships with consumers, prospects, and customers. It’s about valuing and empowering these people to reach their goals at any stage in their journey with you. source Hubspot - What is the Inbound Methodology Let's look at what you are already doing. How are you attracting prospects or your perfect customers? Are you having trouble reaching people? Are you able to identify the problems, obstacles and emotions that your ideal client may be experiencing and can you offer a solution? Have you mapped out your customer journey for each service, product or offer that you offer? How are you getting your message out to any one that may be interested? Mapping out your customer journey and the content then needed is a great way to create a marketing strategy using blogs, social media, email marketing and building up your content as you go. It is a great way to chunk down each stage and reduce your overwhelm. Mapping out your blog content will help drive traffic (people) to your website to build up the know, like and trust factor. I have now mapped out my blog posts - the first one already created being - The Power of Blog Posts This post Map out your blog posts is the second in this series. The other topics will be:

Let's start with the end outcome in mind, being focused on creating your ideal customer framework and value ladder TOGETHER!!! Let's start by making our website work for us by using the power of blogs.
By posting at least ONE blog post a week over the next 12 Weeks, this will get you into a good habit of posting regularly, build your confidence, your network and your skills. Use your blog posts to do the heavy lifting for you. It is the hub which can then be shared across your different social media platforms, turned into a newsletter, repurposed and cross pollinated to your email list, help build up interest and keep your website fresh. You can do different types of blogs:
Stay focused on attracting YOUR IDEAL CLIENTS and getting leads FIRST by solving a problem. From there work on creating your customer framework and value ladder. On your template that is used to create each blog (real estate) use the space to add your calendar links or other calls to actions. Map out your overall FRAMEWORK first. What makes you feel confident and your heart soar? What action steps can you start taking towards changing your life for the better - now? By allowing yourself just 15 minutes each day to work on and plan what you want more in your life you can achieve this - you are worth it and you deserve it. A way to make a good start to the life you really want to live and how you want to live it is to go through the BE, DO, HAVE process. First you "be" the thing called "happy" (or "knowing," or "wise," or "compassionate," or whatever), then you start "doing" things from this place of beingness -- and soon you discover that what you are doing winds up bringing you the things you've always wanted to "have." Have you found that by thinking and doing the same things over and over, things don't change. You still deal with the same things or lessons over and over. You stay in your "safe zone" your "comfort zone" and things stay the same. Act “as if” your goal has already been achieved! The person you have been, is not going to think, act and react in a way that is going to get you to your goal. Change the process… Be the person who you would be if you already had achieved your goal, then you will do the things that a successful person would do, which will allow you to have exactly what you want. (source unknown) We can do this together - one step at a time. Let's look at your life balance wheel how it is currently. Below is one that I liked because it included home cooking, joy, spirituality, creativity as well as the other main areas. Create your own balance wheel either using this as an example or change the topics if you want. Starting from the centre of the circle put a cross or dot in each section to indicate where you are currently at (1 being the lowest from the inner part of the circle to 10 being the highest from the outer part of the circle).
