A Distant Healing - Ann Harris

During the week I was lucky to be given a distant healing from Ann.  She is in Queensland and I am in Perth, Western Australia so completely the other side of Australia.

Over the last few years I have learnt or heard of many different ways of healing and our life coaches come from many different walks of life.  Ann is a Medical Intuitive Practitioner and works with people and animals.  She helps get fantastic results, getting their energetic energy back in balance to release aches, pains and illness.

I mentioned to Ann that I had been experiencing pins and needles through my back.  Although this wasn't serious it was uncomfortable.  This has been constant over the last three or so months.  The last few months I have been under more stress than usual - a romantic break up, a business break up, a large tax bill and the financial stress that it caused me to name a few.  It seemed things were happening on top of each other though I grateful that overall I was healthy.  Ann offered to do a distant healing.

She asked me to find a spot where I wouldn't be disturbed, lie down and relax.  She used crystals and said she was going to align my chakras.

Ann went through the session, asking me questions throughout.  All of a sudden I was very emotional and the area around the bottom of my neck across the front felt very heavy and hot and painful.  I couldn't speak, Ann coughed and cleared her throat saying she could feel this was the area that needed to be cleared.  She had put her hand over the base of her collarbone as she was saying this.  This really surprised me as I hadn't said anything.  We worked on this for what seemed like ages, Ann got me to do deep breathing exercises as she was talking, asking questions and then letting me speak.  As the heaviness was released and the pain eased I felt pins and needles in my hands.  I put both my hands on my tummy, one on top of one another  in a protective way and started to feel very relaxed.  Ann had a smile in her voice as she mentioned that she could feel a gentle warmth on her stomach and had put her hands across her tummy.  She mentioned that throughout the day I might feel some different things, but not to worry as it was still the effects of the healing.  I felt very calm and relaxed at the end of the session.
