Recently I have become involved with PHA Kalamunda - which covers Perth Hills, Foothills and surrounding communities. The People's Health Alliance for the people, by the people. During my time as a life and business coach I am always learning about different modalities, natural wellness products and services and want to surround myself with like minded people and trusted local practitioners.

Our MissionAt PHA Kalamunda, our mission is to support the local community in exploring complementary health with confidence and curiosity. We connect people with trusted local practitioners, sharing experience and knowledge so individuals can make safe, informed choices about their wellbeing. We create welcoming spaces for our community members. We value the role of conventional medicine and recognise that holistic approaches can work beautifully alongside it. By focusing on preventative care and supporting the body’s natural ability to heal and maintain health, we aim to move beyond treating illness alone and toward nurturing vibrant, whole-person wellbeing.
